An Evaluation of a Totally Split Compact Keyboard and its Impact on Posture, Discomfort, and Performance

A review of the background information that led to this study and the subsequent goals established for the project. Methods The process used to collect postural, discomfort, and performance data pre-and post-implementation of split keyboard. Participants 80 employees participated in the study. The characteristics of the population are presented. The postural, discomfort, and performance outcomes are presented and the probable influencers are discussed. A review of the relationships learned and recommendations. A list of the research articles referenced throughout the paper.
